RETURN POLICY

NO EXCHANGES/RETURNS ON:

  • Swimwear and underwear (due to hygienic reasons).
  • Items purchased on sale or with any other discounts.

EXCHANGES

Exchange any unused and unwashed item 14 days after you received it, with the original labels attached. The item(s) you want to
exchange is valued after how much you paid for it and can be exchanged for anything in the same price level or under. Follow the
same steps as RETURNS here below, but mark “Exchange” when prompted on the Return Form.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

Return any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise (with the original labels attached) in its original packaging within 30 days
from the date of receipt of your item. No returns on discounted items, swimwear, or underwear.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any returns accepted after 30 days.

EXCHANGE/RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

Inside the package you got from us, there was also a paper with a description of your order: a “Packaging Slip”. If you cannot find it, locate your order confirmation email you got when you purchased the item(s). Print it, because you will need to add it inside the package.

Print the RETURN FORM (CLICK HERE) and fill it out. Don’t forget to sign it. The address where to send you will find on the return form. Items must be returned in sealed package including:

A) Your order confirmation (Packaging slip, or the confirmation email).
B) The RETURN FORM, signed.
C) The item you want to return.

Send the package. Keep the tracking number since that will be the only guarantee that you have sent it.

Any damaged items that have signs of wear or do not conform with one0oneʼs return policy will be declined and shipped back to you at your expense or a 20% damage fee per unit will be subtracted from the refund.

one0one guarantees its activewear to be free from manufacturing defects for the first 30 days as long as you follow our care
instructions.

By placing an order with one0one, you acknowledge and agree to all our shipping and return policies, terms and conditions.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International orders can only be returned for a refund. Exchanges must be done as a re-order (shipping cost will incur at time of re-order if the order is below the free shipping threshold).

Returns can only be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of your item. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any
returns authorized after 30 days.

Please be aware that original shipping costs, international custom duties, clearance fees, and sales taxes are non-refundable.

If eventual import tax is not paid on time by the buyer, the package will be disregarded and trashed by the carrier, and WILL NOT be
returned to us. No refund in these cases, so we push hard for our international customers to keep an eye on the tracking number for
any eventual remarks about import tax until delivered.

Returns of products to one0one may take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days.
