SHIPPING

Please allow up to 3 business days for processing at our fulllment center before your order is shipped. Orders placed after 2pm
Friday PST will start processing the following Monday.

Shipping times are calculated after processing, once the item has shipped. Once orders are placed they cannot be changed. Returns
can still be made. one0one is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the Postal Service.

The shipping included is a service we purchase from UPS or USPS and is valid until it has been scanned as delivered to your mailbox
(or to the mail room in your building if that is the internal rule where you live). We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once
delivered or an incorrectly entered address. Once items have been scanned as delivered to your address, it is up to you to le a claim
with the carrier (or credit card company) for any missing or stolen items.

If an order is delivered damaged, it must be reported within 3 days to the carrier with several clear photos of the damage. Feel free
to contact us instead of the carrier in this case if you feel unsure, and we help you le the claim on your behalf.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

  • Unless otherwise selected, all domestic orders are shipped through USPS or UPS. Once processing is complete, shipping time will
    take 3-5 days depending on the nal destination.
  • While most domestic shipments deliver within 3 business days from ordering, please allow up to 6 business days for delivery of your
    item as processing times and shipping times may vary.
  • We do not split shipments. Orders ship once all items in an order are ready for shipment.
    Shipments in excess of $300 require a signature for delivery.
  • We might reach out to you via email to get conrmation that it is really you who is doing the purchase, and we will ask for a picture
    of you and the credit card used covering all numbers except the last 4 digits.
  • Any packages returned for INCOMPLETE/INCORRECT addresses will be shipped again at your expense.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • We are doing our best to avoid import tax, but we cannot guarantee it won’t happen and any import tax will be at your expense.
    Keep an eye on the tracking number to see if anyone is trying to contact you from either the customs or the carrier. If they try to
    communicate with you but are unable to do so, the package will be trashed and considered “refused by the receiver”.
  • Shipping to countries in the European Union and South/Latin/Center America with Liberty Express (when checking out and the
    international shipping fee is $19 or less). Liberty Express will require a copy of your ID and will reach out to you separately. Delivery
    time approximately 3 weeks when shipped with Liberty Express.
  • For all other countries, shipping is with UPS. Delivery time is approximately 5-10 days. Shipping fee $29 and up, depending on your
    location.
  • A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has been shipped.
  • We are required to state the value of your order directly on the package by the custom authorities. Rarely, custom agents may delay
    delivery of some packages as it is at their sole discretion to release them
